Q. What is the rental day?
A. Our rental day is 12hours. You can still go the extra hours at $10.00 per hour.
Q. How much tip can I give?
A. Tip is not compulsory in Ghana. However, you can tip based on the quality of service received
Q. Do you accept credit card payment?
A. Yes, we do accept Visa and MasterCard payments. Currently we do not accept American Express.
Q. Do you have restricted mileage?
A. You have free unlimited mileage both in and out of Accra. You are charged based on your destination.
Q. Do I have to pay for insurance seperately?
A. You do not have to pay any extra for insurance. Our rate include insurance and our vehicles are all comprehensively insured.
Q. Do you provide self-drive services?
A. Yes, we do provide self-drive services with terms and conditions. However, there are requirements that must be met to access this service. The terms and conditions are provided when we receive your request.
